Spicy Noods

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Boys (bringing the heat)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced
  • Veggies of choice (whatever’s in your fridge)
  • Protein (chicken, shrimp, tofu, whatever you're feeling)
  • Garnish: sesame seeds, green onions

Noods first! Cook those noodles, drain ‘em, and set aside.

Sauté the goods: heat sesame oil, stir-fry garlic, veggies, and your protein until it’s all sizzling.

Mix up the heat: combine Spicy Boys, soy, peanut butter, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl, then toss it all together with the noodles.

Garnish like a boss with sesame seeds and green onions. Done and done!
